The original composition featured both a surfer and a Bitcoin symbol riding the powerful swell. However, as the painting evolved, I realised that the wave itself carried all the energy, emotion and meaning I wanted to express. Gradually, I painted out the surfer, and eventually, the Bitcoin too. In the end, the pure force of the wave alone was more powerful.
