The Titanium Angel at Edinburgh Art Fair, 19–21 September 2025
Trevor will be attending this year’s Edinburgh Art Fair – 19-21 September at the Corn Exchange. He’ll be exhibiting a groundbreaking immersive installation centred around his monumental triptych painting, The Titanium Angel, including a talk about the artwork and his journey to it on Saturday 20th September, 1:30pm-2pm.

At EAF2025, Trevor will unveil a new evolution of The Titanium Angel incorporating augmented reality, interactive digital animation, and immersive projection to draw visitors into its richly detailed, steampunk-inspired world known as The Engine.
Visitors will be invited to:
- Stand in front of the physical painting, while a large screen display transforms their likeness into part of the painting’s surreal narrative in real time.
- Scan the artwork with their phone and the Artivive app to trigger a full animated short film using AR.
- Experience the animated version of the painting on loop via a second screen for a cinematic encounter.
The Titanium Angel is a headline attraction for EAF2025, marking a celebrated return to the fair where Trevor’s journey into tech-integrated art first began. In 2012, he debuted his pioneering QR code paintings at EAF, followed by his early exploration of augmented reality in 2013. This is a rare opportunity to experience the fusion of art and innovation from one of the true pioneers of the global digital art movement.
