Originally from Canada, I set out in 1996 with a backpack and an appetite for adventure. Three years and four continents later I found myself in Scotland, fell in love with it, and decided to stay.
I graduated from Edinburgh University and Edinburgh College of Art with an MA (Hons) Fine Art with distinction in 2008. Immediately after graduating I began working for Art in Healthcare (AiH), a not-for-profit, which has been lending high quality, original Scottish artwork from it's prestigious collection to hospitals and other healthcare settings throughout the country since 1991.
It was a difficult decision to leave AiH but after almost 7 years with the organisation I was exceptionally proud of what it had accomplished and how it had grown. It was the right time to take that leap of faith and focus on my art career.
